Home of Working Siberian Huskies New Portland, Maine
| Fort Illio Kennels was named after my first siberian husky, Illio. I got her when she was an older, and experienced sled dog. She and the place I practically lived at (Arlene and Steves) is what made me fall in love with this amazing sport. Watching these athletes do what they live for and love is just an experience that you will never forget. We have recently decided to do mid distance races, in the 30 mile range. As well as give dog sled rides. Our Siberians are our friends, family and our life! We strive to have working, healthy and happy dogs! Without them we wouldn't be Ft. Illio Kennels!
