Whats New:
Home of AKC Racing Siberian Huskies                        New Portland, Maine
Well a lot has been going on here lately. First off racing
season has been a lot of fun, and a huge learning experience
for us. When you get into doing runs that are 40 miles and
over, you are making a big change to you and the team, and
its a long process to get it right. We are now just at the first
step, and realize this will take time and experience, and of
course a lot of fun! :)

We have two new team members, I am proud to announce
Wallace and Yoda. Wallace we got at the end of January and
have run him in two races. He is an incredible boy, and can't
wait to see what he brings to the line next year although he
has already proven himself to me plenty. He has finished a
few long races such as the Eagle Cap 300 and Race to the
Sky 350. Yoda we just got this past weekend. When Jen
offered me one of the 4 brothers from his litter back in
August, I told her YES and it didn't matter to me which one.
When I was out there lasts April they all struck my eye big
time! And being an offspring of Fiona and Trekkie, you
can't go wrong!!! So you can bet I am excited to see what he
brings to the team next racing season. :) Both of these boys
are really lovable and major cuddlebugs! Wallace can really
get his butt wagging!

Now some more exciting news...We are expecting puppies
around April 25th out of Kotka and Wallace. Can't wait for
this litter, with knowing how well both parents run and what
they both bring to the team, its going to be one heck of a
litter! :)

Well thats all for now! Happy Trails!
